Common questions
Does Silo upload my PDFs anywhere?
No. Every tool runs on your device using Apple's PDFKit and Vision frameworks. The app works in airplane mode. The only network traffic is the App Store receipt check via RevenueCat.
Why one-time payment instead of a subscription?
Because PDF tools shouldn't rent themselves to you. You bought the phone. You should own the app. Pay $29.90 once, unlock everything, keep it forever.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Silo Pro is tied to your Apple ID through the App Store. Install Silo on a new iPhone or iPad, tap "Restore purchase" in Settings, and you're back in.
Is there a Mac or Android version?
Not yet. v1 is focused on iOS (iPhone and iPad) because the on-device PDF and Vision frameworks there are second to none. A Mac version is a likely follow-up once the iOS app has found its audience.
Does Pro include future tools?
Yes — any tool added in the current major version (v1.x) is included in your existing Pro purchase. A future v2 with a major redesign may become a separate purchase.
What about refunds?
Handled through Apple. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Media & Purchases → Account → Purchase History → Report a Problem. Apple issues the refund directly.
